01/06/08 - Sunday 1st June - Young Church Family Service and Barbecue. Sunday 1st June is the Children’s Day Family Service with our children taking part. Please plan to attend this wonderful service. After the morning service the Family Barbecue will be held at Derryvolgie Halls. Everyone is welcome. Leaflets with details are available at the back of the church. Barbecue tickets are £6 per adult, £3 per child and you pay at Derryvolgie. Proceeds go to the student’s trip to Capetownships. In addition our young people will be collecting “loose change” for PCI’s Youth and Children’s Project “Rhythm & Rhyme” which supports the ABES Literacy Programme based in Gujranwala and the Academy of Church Music in Karachi both in Pakistan. Please bring your “loose change”.
